The business of Claims Corporation (the trading name for the claimant personal injury department of Pitmans' solicitors) has recently been transferred to a new solicitors' firm, Armstrong James LLP. This new firm still remains under the common ownership to Pitmans.

However, the driving force behind the transfer is to ensure Claims Corporation clients benefit from having their accident cases managed exclusively by a dedicated and focussed law firm, which specialises in Claimant Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence.

To this end Armstrong James LLP has a unique and distinguishable brand. The new firm will be managed by partner, Justine Waby.

With a specialist understanding of the needs of victims of accidents, Armstrong James LLP is a niche Thames Valley law firm with eight Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence lawyers.

The firm offers a depth of medico legal and dentistry experience, Justine is also the President of the Berkshire Medical Legal Society.
